Daniel Brandon Bilzerian was born on December 7, 1980, in Tampa, Florida, the son of company takeover specialist Paul Bilzerian and Terri Steffen. He would be the brother of fellow poker participant Adam Bilzerian. He is of 50 percent Armenian descent via his father. His father was a corporate raider on Wall Road who supplied both of those his sons
